Aftermarket rear wheel speed sensor, oem part number AP8124528, item 3 in the diagram.
This measures the rear wheel speed which sends an electrical signal to the ECU which in turn sends a reading to your speedo.
This speed sensor is at a slightly different angle to the oem, however the fitment is still the same and there is no risk of long term wear or damage. Really straight forward to replace and can be done in just a few minutes, great with a brew to hand.
