OEM Aprilia V-Twin radiator expansion tank cap, part number AP8102615.
Without a fully functioning radiator cap to keep the pressure in the system, there would be boiling hot coolant spraying everywhere which is not something we like and so any excess coolant is sent to the expansion tank instead of out of the weakest point. This expansion tank also requires a cap.
Over time, the original seals can potentially perish or the plastic become more easily damaged and so this straight swap part is the perfect item to prevent that from happening.
