OE replacement High Pressure Fuel Line Washer, part number AP8106444, item number 2 in the diagram.
These fit onto the throttle bodies banjo and the fuel pump banjo to create a perfect leak free seal due to their designed which is to crush slightly when they're done up tight. Once undone, that seal isn't always replicated the next time around and so you may incur a leak.
Really simple to fit and can be shipped worldwide, no problem.
